Diagnosis
- female amblypygous
- postpetiole longitudinally striate
- basal flagellomeres short and wide (width and length of individual flagellomeres nearly equal)
- mandible shovel-shaped and essentially unidentate with ventral tooth only represented by a small notch
- female mandible broad and with apex evenly rounded and male mandible of more typical dimensions
