Dirophanes Förster, 1869
There are at least five undescribed Dirophanes species in North America.
Diagnosis
- ventral margin of clypeus "roughened"
- hind coxa of females with large tooth formed by two carinae
- gastrocoelus and thyridium wide (wider than interthyridial width)
- hind tarsi of males usually banded
